These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AndAI Hub platform, products, and services (collectively, "Services") provided by ANDAI PLATFORMS PRIVATE LIMITED ("AndAI Hub", "we", "us", or "our").

To use our Services, you must:

AndAI Hub provides a marketplace for AI plugins and custom AI solutions tailored to specific use cases. Our Services include:

• Access to a curated library of AI plugins and tools
• Custom AI solution development and deployment
• API integration capabilities for connecting AI models with your existing systems
• Consultation and implementation support
• Ongoing maintenance and optimization of deployed solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Our Services are available through various subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified at the time of purchase
• All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription

All content, software, algorithms, and technology incorporated in or associated with the Services are owned by AndAI Hub or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
• Use our Services to build a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services. By submitting content, you grant AndAI Hub a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data collection, use, and disclosure practices.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team
• We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the platform or other users
• Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AndAI Hub's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AndAI Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AndAI Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content you submit through the Services

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
